Sup Hayley! How long have you been in the game?

​

Nice to meet you. I’m Hayley! I am 4 years into being a graphic designer, photographer & editor as well as an animation enthusiast. My creative work ranges from brand design, web design, packaging all the way to video editing and producing. My passion as a creative goes all the way back to a kid with a crayon and any surface I could get my hands on. The family couch didn't have a chance against my doodles.

What do you like to do?

​

In my spare time I play DiskGolf with friends out in the Texas sun. I also love to paint when the inspiration hits, getting my hands dirty is nice when I am on my computer most of the day. I love creative storytelling you can find me playing Dungeons and Dragons every week with my closest friends. Back in the day I thought about going into video game development so I will play video games to scratch that itch too.

Why are you a graphic designer?

​

Love this question. I get my high off of helping friends, partners, clients and bringing their vision to life. Branding is hard and I like to think that my creative style comes from a place of emotion. Because brands make you feel and remind you of a memory. I love to try and capture that emotion and tone for every brand I get to work on.

What was your early life like?

​

I grew up in an environment with creativity around me. It sounds cheesy but my mom is my oldest mentor. My mom would take me to work where she was an Art Director at GSD&M where I saw first hand ads and creativity. Her creative friends/ coworkers would hang out with me and entertain me with their own amazing work. I joined the theater and made my own costumes and scripts. I took 3D animation in highschool which was my first introduction to digital art. I was in a book club for a time. I got a hold of a small video camera and would make films at home with my friends. Any creative medium that was new to me I wanted to master it.
